If the Wizard wasn't so distant

The curtain, like the shadows in the cave

Showing the reality we know it to be.

Therefore what is known or unknown? 

If the curtain hides reality, is the curtain not also real?


We are presented with special challenges that make us question our reality, question our ability to discern right from wrong. Special because there is more at stake. Greed, for example, can make people harm loved ones. Love can make people greedy. 

I have been greedy, oh certainly. I have taken too much.
